With an interest in business and finance, I ventured into the realm of entrepreneurship, founding the acclaimed education technology company, HeyTutor. My tenure as CEO spanned roughly a decade, leading to the creation of a powerhouse employing over a thousand individuals and leveraging the skills of over 30,000 contractors worldwide.

In 2022, I made the thoughtful decision to pass the CEO baton at HeyTutor and set forth on a new path, founding Tier One Outsourcing.

True to my mission, I strive to empower businesses by reducing employee costs and elevating productivity through strategic overseas outsourcing—much like the successful approach I employed at HeyTutor.
